Clean. Easy. Tons of Fun.
If you’ve never had fun working out, you’ve never worked out with me!
Why Here?
IT’S AN EASY CHOICE.
Do you want to work out in the comfort of your own home, but don’t know where to start? Do you want to feel great but aren't sure what type of workout or equipment you need? Have you ever wanted to learn CrossFit but were intimidated by the environment? Do you want to work out someplace brand new and clean with the best workout buddy you’ve ever had?
Workouts
Warm-up and Mobility, Moves and Skills. On Monday and Friday, we complete three rounds of 6-12 repetitions: push, pull, squat, hinge, single-leg, and core. Tuesdays and Thursdays (heavy) are CrossFit. Wednesdays are bodyweight. Progress is measured through milestones such as a one-minute Farmers Carry (*working towards) 75% of body weight, Pull-Ups (*10 unassisted), (*10) Push-Ups, Squats (*30 minutes accumulated weekly), Passive Hangs (*5 minutes weekly), and increasing the number of burpees performed in 7 minutes.

I have experience coaching children from preschool to 13 years old in activities such as CrossFit Kids and swimming, and I can assist college students in finding a healthy balance between their studies and fitness. If you’re in your 50s or older, I can help you build a strong foundation for the future or enjoy quality time with your grandchildren. My main goal is to help you reach your health and fitness objectives with dedicated, personalized support.
